  1. 1.Consideration, discussion, and possible action on a request by Shawn Pickrell owner of Lowe's Market at 907 Main Street, Bandera, Texas, for a 112-square foot variance from the maximum square footage allowed for commercial wall signs under the terms of the Bandera Code of Ordinances Sec. 3.09.012.

  2. 2.Consideration, discussion, and possible action on a request by Shawn Pickrell, owner of Lowe's Market at 907 Main Street, Bandera, Texas, for a 17-square foot variance from the maximum square footage allowed for freestanding commercial signs, and a 11-foot variance from the maximum height requirement under the terms of the Bandera Code of Ordinances Sec. 3.09.012.
