    4) Invoice for the Intuit $ 105.53. 

    5) Remove Tom McEachon from the TexStar investments account. 

  2. B.Approval of minutes from the regular meeting from the June 17, 2025 meeting.

  1. A.Discussion and possible action on upgrades to the bathrooms in the City park. 

  2. B.Discussion and possible action on the management services agreement with the EDC and the City of Bandera. 

  3. C.Discussion and possible action on the Performance Agreement for City of Bandera Country Christmas in the Park for $5,000.00. 

  4. D.Discussion and possible action on the Performance Agreement for City of Bandera Trail of Lights in the Park for $5,000.00. 

  5. E.Discussion and possible action on an agreement with the EDC and Denton Navarro Rodriguez Bernal Santee & Zech for legal services. 

  6. F.Approve the bylaws and procedures that are currently in place as written until the law firm can update the items.
