  1. A.Approval of minutes from the November 14, 2022 meeting.

  3. C.BED financials as of November 30, 2022.

6.Discussion and possible action on the following items:

  1. A.Stouffer & Associates appraisal of the Buck Creek properties from May 2022. 

  2. B.Approval of promotional funding request of $499.90 from Debra Slate for Wagon Rides With Santa.

  3. C.Update on wayfinding signs. 

  4. D.Approval of expenditure to design and print wayfinding maps. 

  5. E.Approval to place one wayfinding sign in the EDC parking lot at Cedar and 11th Street. 

  6. F.Approval of resolution and agreement with the City of Bandera to pay one half of the principal of the TWDB DWSRF loan in the amount of $42,500.00

  7. G.Approval of resolution and agreement with the City of Bandera to pay one half of the principal of the TWDB FIF loan in the amount of $49,500.00

  8. H.Approval of a resolution amending the 2022-2023 EDC budget in the amount of $9,153.10 for line item 45024 Prior Year Carryover.

  9. I.Nominate and vote on new President of the Board. 

  10. J.Update on Workforce Solutions Grant from Executive Director.
