  1. A.Approval of minutes from the September 15, 2022 meeting.

  2. B.Invoices due.

  3. C.BEDC financials as of September 30, 2022.

6.Discussion and possible action on the following items:

  1. A.Entering into a $15,000.00 performance agreement with the Bandera Cattle Company.

  2. B.Approve final FY 2022-2023 budget. 

  3. C.Facade grant application submitted by Richard Baker of Busbee's BBQ.

  4. D.Promotional funding applications.
        -Bandera Brewery Beerfest
        -Nightmare on Maple Street/National Night Out

  5. E.Elect officers.

  6. F.Hackberry Park Grant.

  7. G.The purchase of four free-standing map boxes.

  8. H.Sending members to the November TML workshop in Bastrop.

  9. I.A vendor permit submitted by Margaret Smith for the EDC parking lot for Friday and Saturday of Hunter's Weekend.

7.Closed Session.

  1. A.The Bandera Economic Development Corporation will convene in executive session under Texas Government Code 551.071, consultation with attorney. 

8.Action Following Closed Session.

  1. A.The Bandera Economic Development Corporation will convene to consider any action after the closed session.

There may be a quorum of Planning and Zoning/City Council members at any regularly scheduled Economic Development Corporation Meeting.
