  1. A.Approval of revised minutes for the April something meeting. 

  2. B.Determine a solution to get the blocks under the conex while empty. 

  3. C.Changing the BEDC meeting date and time.

  4. D.Update from the Executive Director about available grants. 

  5. E.Hackberry park use, grants, name and improvements. 

  6. F.Resurfacing and uses of the BEDC lot at 10th Street and Cypress. 

  7. G.Executive Director attending the Texas Work Force grant meeting November 16, 2022 and reporting back available grants.

  8. H.Executive Director contacting local business owners to determine if wayfinding maps may be located on their property.
