  1. A.The two CDs at Bandera Bank that reached maturity on August 22, 2022.

  2. B.A performance agreement with Bandera County Community Action Group for decorating the City Park and the courthouse lawn at Christmas Time. 

  3. C.Update on Hackberry property rezoning.

  4. D.A final budget for FY 2022-2023 to submit to City Council.

  5. E.Update on Connex maintenance.

  6. F.Update on EDC parking lot striping and adding handicap signs. 

  7. G.Approval of the $20,000 for the BEDC Executive Director's salary for the City Administrator.
