This time is set aside for any person who wishes to address the City Council. Presentations should be limited to no more than 3 minutes. Individuals not able to attend due to space limitations may email the City Secretary at least two (2) hours prior to the meeting and provide your comments to be read.

5.Discussion and possible action on the following items:

  1. A.Discussion and possible action on award of a construction contract for the Street Maintenance Year 1 Project. 

  2. B.Discussion and possible action on appointing Bandera Economic Development Corporation applicants to fill vacancies on the board. 

  3. C.Discussion and possible action on retaining Steve Van Patten for reviewing and recommending changes to the 2018 building code prior to adoption and codification.

  4. D.Approval for Bandera Farmer's Market to relocate from 702 B Main, Gringo's Burritos, to 415 Main, Heritage Park for a farmer's market every Thursday.

There may be a quorum of Economic Development Corporation/Planning and Zoning member at any regularly scheduled City Council Meeting.
