This time is set aside for any person who wishes to address the City Council. Presentations should be limited to no more than 3 minutes. Individuals not able to attend due to space limitations may email the City Secretary at least two (2) hours prior to the meeting and provide your comments to be read.

4.Discussion and possible action on the following items:

  1. A.Update from LNV, Ardura about the elevated storage tank project on Dallas Street.

  2. B.Discussion and possible action approving an application $50,000 Texas Parks and Wildlife Grant for anglers at City Park. 

  3. C.Discussion and possible action on approving an ordinance amending the 2020-2021 budget for a transfer of $20,000 from account #267066, Pooled Cash, to account 50-502-6100, Maintenance and Repair for emergency raceway repair on the wastewater treatment plant. 

5.Closed Session.

  1. A.The City Council will meet in closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072, Deliberations about Real Property, for an update on land acquisition. 

6.Action following Closed Session.

7.Workshop.

  1. A.Discussion about 2021-2022 fiscal year budget. 

8.Requests and Announcements.

  1. A.Requests by Council to place items on an agenda.

  2. B.Announcements by Council.
