City Council Regular Meeting Monday, July 26, 2021 06:00 PM Bandera City Hall, 511 Main Street, Bandera, Texas

This time is set aside for any person who wishes to address the City Council. Presentations should be limited to no more than 3 minutes. Individuals not able to attend due to space limitations may email the City Secretary at least two (2) hours prior to the meeting and provide your comments to be read.

4.Discussion and possible action on the following items:

  1. A.Discussion and possible action on approval of permission for Bandera Fire and Rescue to use both pavilions and have overnight campers on October 22, 2021 and October 23, 2021 for their annual fundraiser and cookoff. 

  2. B.Discussion and possible action on City Council and the mayor involvement of day-to-day operations of Bandera Economic Development Corporation business.

  3. C.Discussion and possible action of the powers and duties of the acting city administrator until the position has been filled. 

  4. D.Discussion and possible action on possible federal grants or any other grant opportunities. 

  5. E.Discussion and possible direction regarding replacement of the utility disconnect and reconnect fee with a utility transfer fee.  

  6. F.Discussion of recodification of entire Bandera Codes of Ordinances.

  1. A.Requests by Council to place items on an agenda.

  2. B.Announcements by Council.

There may be a quorum of Economic Development Corporation/Planning and Zoning member at any regularly scheduled City Council Meeting. This facility is wheelchair accessible and handicapped parking is available. Requests for accommodations or interpretive services must be made 48 hours prior to the meeting.
