  2. B.BEDC financials as of January 31, 2022. 

  3. C.Approval of minutes from the January 27, 2022 meeting.

  1. A.To allocate $42,500.00 the City of Bandera for half of principal of the Texas Water Development Board Loan for the Drink Water State Revolving Fund.  

7.Discussion and possible action on the following items:

  1. A.A procedure for hiring a real estate agent.

  2. B.Presentation by Donna Ross on the sale of a 21.3 acre riverfront property to the EDC. 

  3. C.Approval of a resolution allocating $42,500 to the City of Bandera for half of the principal of the Texas Water Development Board Loan for the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund.
