This time is set aside for any person who wishes to address the City Council. Presentations should be limited to no more than 3 minutes. Individuals not able to attend due to space limitations may email the City Secretary at least two (2) hours prior to the meeting and provide your comments to be read.

4.Joint Workshop with the Bandera Economic Development Corporation. 

  1. A.Discuss applications for funding from Hotel Occupancy Tax and promotional expense.

5.Workshop.

  1. A.Discussion of local amendments to the International Building Code.

6.Consent Agenda.

  1. A.Approval of minutes from the May 6, 2021 Regular Meeting. 

7.Discussion and possible action on the following items:

  1. A.Discussion and possible action on the 2021 Hotel Occupancy Tax application that came in prior to the deadline. 

  2. B.Presentation from Kirk Franklin about recodification of the ordinances. 

  3. C.Approving $3,800.00 for upgrades to the drive-up window in the Utility Department to better serve utility customers. 

  4. D.Update and possible action on the Bandera Historical Commission application in designating the "Tin Man" water tower as a historical marker. 

  5. E.Discussion and possible action on a contract with MVBA for collections of unpaid utility accounts and court fees.

  1. A.Requests by Council to place items on an agenda.

There may be a quorum of Economic Development Corporation/Planning and Zoning member at any regularly scheduled City Council Meeting.
