3.Discussion and possible action on the following items:

1. 1.Consideration, discussion, and possible action on a request by Richard Sutton with 11th Street Cowboy Bar, for an (18 inch variance) from the (5 Foot) minimum distance required for setback for property zoned P-4 Neighborhood Mixed at 307 11th Street. (Legal description: BANDERA RNG 10LT 43 PT 0.043 ACRES)
