  1. A.The Mayor and City Council of the City of Austell will consider a resolution to formally adopt Rules of Decorum governing conduct during public meetings. The purpose of this resolution is to ensure that all meetings are conducted in an orderly, respectful, and efficient manner, allowing for fair and open participation while maintaining appropriate standards of behavior for elected officials, staff, and members of the public.

A.The City of Austell elects to continue participating in the Cobb Urban County CDBG Program and is adopting a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute and the City Clerk to certify all Cooperation Agreements and any other necessary documents permitting the City to remain as a member of the Cobb Urban County CDBG Program.
