1.Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) - Approve Recommendation of Award to Oshkosh Airport Products in the amount of $1,095,344.00 for the Procurement of a New ARFF Vehicle/Apparatus. #26-268. Approved by the Augusta Aviation Commission 07/30/2026.
2.Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) - Approve the Construction Contract to Oshkosh Airport Products in the amount of $1,095,344.00 for the Procurement of a New ARFF Vehicle/Apparatus. Approved by the Augusta Aviation Commission 07/30/2026. (ITB 26-268)
3.Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) - Approve Final Balancing Change Order #3 in the amount of ($575,309.92) to CW Matthews’ Contract.Approved by the Augusta Aviation Commission 07/30/2026 (25BFA147).
4.Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) - Accept FAA AIP Grant No. 3-13-0011-062-2026 (#62) in the amount of $1,040,576. and FAA AIP Grant No. 3-13-0011-063-2026 (#63) in the amount of $2,207,000. Approved by the Augusta Aviation Commission 07/30/2026.
5.Motion to approve the 2027 Cooperative Agreement with CSRA Regional Commission for Senior Nutrition Services for Augusta, Georgia and to authorize the Mayor to execute all associated documents.
6.Motion to approve Basic Design Service fees from the current $1,151,175.00 to $1,173,175.00 an increase of $22,000.00 for design of temporary office space for the renovation of Craig-Houghton to the Juvenile Justice Center.
