ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
1.Request to approve the sole source procurement from Johnson, Laschober & Associates P.C. (JLA) for architectural services resulting from the Midwest Maintenance marble structure assessment contract at the Municipal Building in the amount of $120,000.00.
2.Approve the request for the change order to 25CSA279 for the Building Automation Service and Mechanical Service Agreements – Year 2 in the total amount of $584,074.42 by Trane Company.
In addition, approve the request for the change order to 25CSA201 for the Exhibit G Annual Service Agreement – Year 2 in the total amount of $317,010.31 by Trane Company.
3.Ms. Debra Estep-Proposal to improve food desert issues with installation of trust-based farmer vendor boxes in food desert communities possibly expanding to cross community solutions.
5.Receive as information the emergency request for the assessment and corrections to the fan coil units at the Municipal Building in the amount of $51,091.00 by Trane Company.
6.Motion to approve Housing and Community Development Department’s (HCD's) request to continue to partner with Augusta/CSRA Habitat for Humanity to provide affordable housing to families that reside in the Augusta, Georgia-Richmond County area. To continue support the construction and development of one (1) single family units to be sold to low-income homebuyers.
7.Request to approve the amendment of 2020 HOPWA Agreements for Antioch Ministries and Promise Land CDC to prevent the recapture of funding. Funding has been earmarked by HUD as HOPWA Expiring Funds for FY2020 and is scheduled to be recaptured on September 30, 2026.
