1.Approve Award of RFP 25-159 On-Call Professional Services for Engineering, Architectural, Surveying, and Material Testing Services Contract to (1) CHA Consultants, Inc., (2) Booker & Vick Architects, (3) Cranston, LLC, (4) CSRA Testing, (5) EMC, Inc, (6) ING Consulting Inc., (7) JLA, PC, (8) NOVA, (9) Studio 3 Design Group, (10) CERM, (11) Dickinson Architects, PC and (12) 2KM Architects, Inc., subject to receipt of signed contract and proper insurance documents. The Contract is for three (3) years with an option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
