• 1.Motion to approve acceptance of FEMA Assistance to Firefighters Grant award EMW-2025-FG-04323 $305,405.50 federal fund and authorize the required non-federal cost share of $30,540.55.

• 2.Motion to approve the award of RFP #26-264, Architectural Design Services for the Augusta-Richmond County Joint Operations Center, to MPS Architects, P.C., in the amount of $179,500.00.

• 3.Approve Proposal with Woolpert for Support of the Cityworks Upgrade to the Trimble Unity Platform via sole source procurement.

• 4.Motion to approve sole source purchase for secondary logging recorder and an Application Program Interface (API) for the 911 Center from Replay Systems, Inc. for $209,088.06.

• 5.Motion to approve the minutes of October 27, 2026 Public Safety Committee Meeting.
