1.M.N 26-06: A request by David Whiters II for Massage Operator’s License to be used in connection with Oasis Massage & Spa located at 3351 Wrightsboro Road Ste 101. District 5, Super District 9.
2.Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) - Approve Amendment #1 to Work Authorization #24 for Mead & Hunt to provide additional Construction Administration and Construction Observation (CA/CO) services for the construction of Terminal Security Camera Upgrades in the amount of$99,372.00. (Bid #26-150 – 26BFA213)
3.Receive information and consider divestment recommendations for underutilized parks.
4.Motion to approve easement for Georgia Power Easement for Big Oak Park, located at 2803 Wheeler Rd, Augusta, Georgia and to authorize the Mayor to execute all associated documents.
5.Ms. Deanna Shaffer- The Central Savannah River Area Short-Term Rental Alliance (CSRA-STRA), a local group of STR owners and operators, requests time to share its perspective on the proposed zoning ordinance’s short-term rental provisions.
6.Motion to approve the minutes of October 27, 2026 Public Services Committee Meeting.
