PUBLIC SERVICES

• 1.Ms. Janet Robinson Re-Opening of Henry Brigham Swim Center.

• 2.A.N. 26-41 –New Location: Consumption on   Premise Beer. Duc Trong Tran is the applicant for Augusta Cigar &   Billiards LLC, to be used in connection with 3112 Washington Rd STE A & B,   Augusta GA 30907. District 7, Super District 10.

• 3.A.N. 26-42 –Existing Location, New Ownership: Retail Package Liquor, Beer and Wine. Shravan Kumar Raul is the applicant for H&S Wine & Spirits, to be used in connection with 2372 Barton Chapel Rd, Augusta GA 30906. District 5, Super District 9.

• 4.Motion to approve a sole source in the amount of $29,260 to the agreement  for procurement and installation of scoreboards from Electro-Mech at  Eisenhower Park ballfields. Funding is available in the appropriate account.

• 5.Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) – Approve selection and award of contract to Mass Media Marketing, LTD (M3) for the Airport Marketing Agency pursuant to RFQ 26-172.  The terms of the contract are for three years with two one-year options to extend.

• 6.Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) – Approve NetJets Management Services Agreement.  Approved by the Augusta Aviation Commission 09/10/2026.

• 7.Mr. Frank Howard- update on the Phalonda Yvette Howard Project Improvement -Diamond Lake Park.

• 8.Motion to approve the selection of Tri Scapes, LLC as the vendor for Bid Item# 26-181, Construction Services for May Park Improvements, in the amount of $2,695,132.55; to approve associated SPLOST 7 allocations; and to authorize the mayor to execute the contracts and all related documents.

• 9.Motion to approve the agreement with Food Services Agreement with G.A. Food Services of Pinellas County, LLC. and to authorize the mayor to execute the contracts and all related documents.

• 10.Ms. Monique Braswell-Vape Shop Ordinance Vape Shop entering the community and proximity to places where children congregate, schools and accessibility.

• 11.Motion to approve the minutes of the September 9, 2026, Public Services Committee Meeting.
