• 1.Acceptance of 2027 GOHS H.E.A.T. Grant with the Federal award amount of $152,869.09

• 2.Motion to approve the purchase of furniture, furnishings, and related equipment for the new Joint Operations Center from Indoff, Inc., through TIPS Cooperative Purchasing Contract #230301, in an amount not to exceed $155,027.87.

• 3.Motion to approve acceptance of the awarded $50,000 Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG), to be used towards personnel and fringe benefits.

• 4.Motion to approve the October 13, 2026 Public Safety Committee Meeting minutes.
