• 1.Approve the request for the change order to 25CSA279 for the Building Automation Service and Mechanical Service Agreements – Year 2 in the total amount of $584,074.42 by Trane Company.

  In addition, approve the request for the change order to 25CSA201 for the Exhibit G Annual Service Agreement – Year 2 in the total amount of $317,010.31 by Trane Company. (Deferred from the September 15,2026 Commission Meeting.

• 2.Motion to approve the minutes of the September 9, 2026 Administrative Services Committee.
