ENGINEERING SERVICES

• 1.Discuss and approve Vegetation and Landscaping department or division within an existing department based on administration recommendations on how to implement. (Requested by Commissioner Brandon Garrett Garrett)

• 2.Approve Award of Bid Item #26-131 for the construction of the Kroc Center Sanitary Sewer Gravity Main Rehabilitation Project to Quality Plus Services, Inc.

• 3.Discuss and approve path forward for vegetation maintenance functions. 

• 4.Discuss the proper protocol for improper charges and timeline to resolved regarding trash billing issues. (Requested by Mayor Pro Tem Wayne Guilfoyle)

• 5.Mr. Chris Fisher/Mr. Travis Hitchcock- Coastal Waste and Recycling with an update on the progress in the recycling program sign-up. (Deferred from the November 25, 2025 meeting)

• 6. Motion to approve the minutes of the November 25, 2025 Engineering Services Committee meeting.
