• 1.Motion to approve Procurement Department to enter into a Cooperative Agreement with Carahsoft Technology Corp. for the BidNet Direct by SOVRA E-Procurement Software in the initial amount of $69,000. Award is contingent upon receipt of signed agreement and associated documents.

• 2.Motion to approve the purchase of one tandem dump truck, at a total cost of $184,871 from Rush Truck Center of Atlanta, GA for the Utilities Department.

• 3.Motion to approve the purchase to replace two vehicles, at a total cost of $91,242, from Akins Ford Dodge for various departments.

• 4.Motion to approve the minutes of the June 9, 2026 Administrative Services Committee Meeting.
