ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

• 1.Receive as information the emergency request for the corrections to the gas lines and water lines at the Richmond County Correctional Institute in the amount of $62,477.00 by Coleman Construction.

• 2.Receive as information the emergency request for the facility assessment at the Richmond County Correctional Institute in the amount of $34,500.00 by Johnson, Laschober & Associates.

• 3.Request to approve the sole source procurement from Johnson, Laschober & Associates for the FEMA request for damages sustained during Hurricane Helene at the 5^th Street Marina in the amount of $90,000.00.

• 4.Receive as information the emergency request for the replacement of the sewage lines at the Law Office in the amount of $34,780.00 by Avrett Plumbing Company.

• 5.Motion to approve the purchase of an additional mini compact excavator, at a total cost of $88,752 from Yancey Brothers of Augusta, GA for the Utilities Department Fort Gordon division. (ITB #25 -249).  Commission already approved the purchase of one excavator for Utilities on 2/17/26 utilizing the same bid.

• 6.Discuss passed methods and procedures of putting items on the agenda as well as the Commission Addendum from Staff. (Requested by Mayor Pro Tem Wayne Guilfoyle)  

• 7.Motion to approve the minutes of the May 26, 2026 Administrative Services Committee Meeting.
