• 15.Zoning ordinance amendment to permit detached accessory dwelling units.

• 16.Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with the Development Authority of Augusta, Georgia to provide matching funds in the amount of $1,000,000.00 for the new hanger project at Augusta Regional Airport.

• 17.Approve moving forward on Newman Tennis Center project. (Requested by Commissioner Wayne Guilfoyle)
