ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

• 1.Motion to approve the purchase of one replacement pothole patch truck, at a total cost of $394,605.80 from Southern Vac of Gilbert, SC for the Engineering Department.

• 2.Housing and Community Development Department proposes the reprogramming of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in the amount of $611,228.32 from the Community Development Block Grant-COVID-19 activities to eligible CDBG-CV activities that better address current community needs and urgently ensure the timely expenditure of HUD funds.

• 3.Motion to approve the minutes of October 27, 2026 Administrative Services Committee Meeting.
