ENGINEERING SERVICES

• 1.Motion to Approve Sole Source of Submersible Lift Station Pump for Lakeview Terrace on Ft. Gordon in the amount $59,891.00

• 2.Motion to approve Sole Source of Rotating Assembly for Stovall Booster station in the amount of $49,881.00

• 3.Motion to move forward with installation of Traffic Signal at Pleasant Home Road & Fox Hall intersection.  The developer pays $180,000.00 for required Traffic Signal construction cost, Augusta, GA pays balance of Traffic Signal construction cost that per Engineering on call contract cost proposal will be $130, 414,00, and Augusta Administrator to identify funding source for Augusta, Georgia cost covering. (Requested by Engineering Department 06/24/2026)

• 4.Motion to approve Sole Source Purchase of Fortinet Network Hardware And Lord & Company Integration in the amount of $42,503.81

• 5.Approve proposal to amend the current Construction Contract with Rehab Construction Company Inc. for the repair of Highland Avenue Water Treatment Plant Filter Modification Phase 2 Project to include the rehabilitation of Filter #7A within the scope of the construction work being performed in the currently active filter modification project in the amount of $460,000.00 via Change Order (26AUA041).

• 6.Approve proposal to amend the current Professional Services Contract with Schnabel Engineering for engineering design, bid phase, and construction administration services for the repair of the Augusta Canal embankment to include design services associated with the emergency repairs to the Aqueduct seepage, additional permitting coordination support as required by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), additional design services in response to FERC review, and updates to the Opinion of Probable Cost for project phasing and budgeting in the amount of $36,476.50 via change order (25AUA347).

• 7.Approve supplemental funding (SA1) for the Sole Source Fonroche Lighting America in amount of $251,511.00 for Wrightsboro Road Improvements Project (North Leg Rd.–Highland Ave.) for completing installing solar street lighting. / AE

• 8.Discuss and approve the denial of Georgia Waste System (GWS)'s request for a Consistency Letter for the proposed Solid Waste Transfer Station Facility at 3946/3946A Goshen Industrial Boulevard, Augusta, Georgia./ AE

• 9.Approve supplement funding (SA1) in amount not to exceed $50,000.00 for Hurricane Helene debris removal coordination support services with Infrastructure Systems Management, LLC. Also approve use General Fund-fund balance to fund these services. AE/22-304 (23LFL055)

• 10.Motion to approve the minutes of the June 23, 2026 Engineering Services Committee Meeting.
