• 2.Motion to approve the award of ITB #25-181 - 24/7 Dispatch 911 Operator Ergonomic Chairs (22 chairs) for $44,445.50 to Evans Consoles, Inc.

• 3.Approve Radio Purchase for Utilities – Construction and Maintenance from Motorola Solutions utilizing State Contract 36273 – Sourcewell 042021-MOT.  (Radio’s will be utilized with MHZ Radio System RFP 18-120) 

• 4.Motion to approve the minutes of the July 8, 2025 Public Safety Committee Meeting.

• 5.Approve Acceptance of Verizon Credit Offer & Monthly Cost Reduction.

• 6.Approve Agreement with StageFront for Beazley Room AV Upgrade as a sole source procurement.
