ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

• 1.Motion to approve the purchase of eight vehicles, at a total cost of $357,187.90, from Akins Ford Dodge for the Utilities Department. Seven of the vehicles are replacements and one vehicle is a new request utilizing GA statewide contract.

• 2.Motion to approve the award of bid #26-269, Ezekiel Harris House Retrofit in the amount of $170,640.00 to be performed by Horizon Construction.

• 3.Receive as information the emergency request for the assessment of the building’s structure at the Fleet Management Office in the amount of $47,000.00 by Johnson Laschober & Associates.

• 4.Motion to approve the minutes of the October 13, 2026 Administrative Services Committee Meeting.
