ENGINEERING SERVICES

• 1.Mystical Rose Gardens Water and Sanitary Sewer Dedication Documents

• 2.Approve additional funding to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Phinizy Center for Water Sciences to pay for continued services at a cost of $35,000 quarterly, ratify funding for quarters 1 and 2 2026, and to allow extension of the MOU in 2027, 2028, 2029 as funds are available.

• 3.Approve 2026 Funding to SREL for bird   activity around the constructed wetlands

• 4.Motion to approve (a) staff to initiate procurement of a parking management firm for the downtown area and (b) the Law Department to draft related updates to the Code of Ordinances regarding parking.

• 5.Approve Emergency Procurement of #8 RWPS Diesel Check valve in the  amount of $27,186.15

• 6.Motion to approve the minutes of the June 9, 2026 Engineering Services Committee Meeting.
