ENGINEERING SERVICES

• 1.Presentation by Pastor Melvin Ivey regarding stormwater drainage problem in the 1900 block of Ellis Street.

• 2.Presentation by Ms. Lashawndra Robinson regarding city storm water drain maintenance negligence.

• 3.Approve the purchase through a sole source procurement for the RTC Flashing Beacon Coordination System for the TIA Intelligent Transportation System project.  Approve funds in the amount of $128,610./AE

• 4.Approve the deed of dedications, maintenance agreements, and road resolutions submitted by the Engineering Department and the Augusta Utilities Department for Southampton, Section Eleven. AE

• 5.Approve the purchase through contract of network and internet enabled equipment for the Augusta Landfill.  Approve funds in the amount of $296,388.67./ AE (RFQ #24-197C)

• 6.Motion to approve the minutes of the Engineering Services Committee held on September 10, 2024.
