1.Motion for acceptance and approval to authorize the Mayor to fully execute the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Terminal Program (ATP) Grant #  AIP-3-13-0011-059-2025 and Airport Infrastructure Grant (AIG) # AIP-3-13-0011-060-2025. The federal share of these grants are approximately $5,047,925 ($4,000,000 ATP, and $1,047,925 AIG) respectively. 

2.A RESOLUTION BY THE AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY COMMISSION TO PERMIT THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL GRANTS OFFERED TO THE AUGUSTA AVIATION COMMISSION HAVING EXPEDITED DEADLINES; TO PROVIDE FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
