ENGINEERING SERVICES

• 1.Motion to approve authorization of a grant agreement and funding acceptance under the Community Grant Program – State and Tribal Assistance Grants (STAG) between U.S. EPA and Augusta, Georgia for the Travis / Boykin Rd. Sanitary Sewer and Waterline Replacement Project for the water and sanitary sewer infrastructure of Augusta, Georgia.

• 2.Approve entering into an agreement with Central of Georgia Railroad Company, stating that Augusta, GA will pay for the Road Improvements (crossing and signal improvements) on the Willis Foreman Road Improvements Project (GDOT PI#0013703) in accordance with the estimate totaling $933,650.00. Also, approve the Construction Agreement to be executed by the Augusta, GA Legal Counsel and the Mayor / AE

• 3.Approve supplement funds (SA1) for construction contract supplement to The Reeves Construction Company in the amount $113,000 for Jones Alley Improvement project. AE/ Bid 26-128 (26ENG145)

• 4.Approve proposal to amend the current Construction Contract with Shearer-Mutimer Construction LLC to include multiple works within the scope of the construction being performed in the currently active for the Augusta Reservoir Dams Improvements Project in the amount of $445,848.00 via Change Order. • 5.Motion to approve the minutes of October 27, 2026 Engineering Services Committee Meeting.
