• 2.Receive as information a report from Blulynx Solutions regarding their work with the Housing & Community Development Department.

• 3.Presentation Mr. Campbell Vaughn, Georgia Extension Agent University of Georgia regarding a partnership with Augusta-Richmond County; 2) approve receiving a grant for a full-time city arborist.

• 4.Motion to approve the minutes of the August 11, 2026 Administrative Services Committee Meeting.
