PUBLIC SERVICES

• 1.Motion to approve award of RFP #26-905—Waterpark Feasibility Study to CPL Architects, Engineers and Landscape Architects, D.P.C, and to authorize the Mayor to execute all associated documents. The Contract is for the duration of the project scope in the amount of $79,020.00 to complete the project scope.

• 2.Motion to approve the assignment of Aiken-Augusta Swim League (ASL) to Peachtree Aquatics, Inc. (Peachtree) under the current Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Aiken-Augusta Swim League (ASL) and Augusta, GA.

• 3.A.N. 26-43 –Existing location, New   Ownership: Consumption on Premise Liquor, Beer Wine, and Dance. Kellie Vinson   and Barry Kruse are the applicants for K-Bar Holdings LLC dba Chevys Nite   Club, to be used in connection with 3328 Washington Road Ste E, F & G   Augusta, GA 30907. 

  District 7, Super District 10.

• 4.Motion to approve the annual Public Transit Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) as drafted for the Augusta Transit Department by the Georgia Department of Transportation in accordance with 49 CFR 673.11(a)(1).

• 5.Motion to approve additional fees in the amount of $379,795.19 for Infrastructure Systems Management, LLC for consultant services for Recreation & Parks Department (2023-2026).

• 6.Motion to approve the October 13, 2026 minutes of the Public Services Committee Meeting.
