  1. 1.A Resolution authorizing the City of Arkansas City to allocate an additional fund contribution to the Cowley County Humane Society (CCHS), to cover financial shortfalls, for an amount not to exceed $20,000.00. 

  2. 2.A Resolution authorizing the City of Arkansas City to purchase emergency siren repair parts from Precision Communications, for an amount not to exceed $20,032.25. (Voice Vote)

  3. 3.Approve the October 14, 2024 & October 28, 2024 Special Meeting Minutes, and the October 15, 2024, regular meeting minutes as written.
