  2. 2.Consent Agenda Item: Approve a Resolution authorizing a public meeting of the Governing Body to attend a Public Building Commission meeting at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, October 7, 2025, in the Commission Room at City Hall, located at 118 W. Central Ave. in Arkansas City, KS.

     

  3. 3.A Resolution authorizing the City of Arkansas City to allocate Unpledged Healthcare Sales Tax Funds in the amount of $18,496.00 to SCK Health for uncompensated care provided to the community, consistent with Ordinance No. 2019-02-4481 and the City’s intent to annually appropriate available revenues for health care purposes.
