  4. 4.Approve a new Cereal Malt Beverage (CMB) License for Ninja Sushi located at 1618 N. Summit St.(Voice Vote)

  5. 5.A Resolution authorizing the City of Arkansas City to allocate Unpledged Healthcare Sales Tax Funds in the amount of $15,019.00 to SCK Health for uncompensated care provided to the community, consistent with Ordinance No. 2019-02-4481 and the City’s intent to annually appropriate available revenues for health care purposes. (Voice Vote)
