• 1.A Resolution authorizing the City of Arkansas City to enter into a contract with Professional Engineering Consultants, P.A. to perform strategic street assessments using GIS technology platforms and formulate prioritized action plans, for an amount not to exceed $70,000.00.  (Voice Vote)
