• 2.Approve a request from Lena Helms with Skinsations, to waive the age restriction at the Agri-Business Building during their 30th Anniversary Celebration Event on October 7, 2023. (Voice Vote)

• 3.A Resolution authorizing the City of Arkansas City to execute an agreement with Gordon CPA, LLC for the provision of audit services for years ending December 31, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027. (Voice Vote)
