  2. 2.A Resolution authorizing the City of Arkansas City to allocate Unpledged Healthcare Sales Tax Funds in the amount of $10,000.00 to SCK Health for uncompensated care provided to the community, consistent with Ordinance No. 2019-02-4481 and the City’s intent to annually appropriate available revenues for health care purposes.
