• 2.Discussion of the request from Willis Voisine, with Appomattox County Animal Control, for changes to the Town of Appomattox Code as it relates to animal confinement.  Sheriff Robert N. Richardson will appear for the discussion and to answer any questions Town Council may have.

• 3.The Hometown Heroes Banner Program Committee will provide Town Council with updates.
