• 1.The Town of  Appomattox Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 3 at 6:00 p.m. in the Appomattox Town Council Meeting Room located at 210 Linden St Appomattox, to consider the following petition:

   

  Purpose: To rezone a parcel (s) within the Town limits of Appomattox from B-2 to R-3 to allow for the construction of a multi-family housing.  The Tax Map Identification Numbers are 64A5-C-1, 64A5-667A, 64A5-6-D-10A, 64A5-6-D-3,64A5-6-D-864A5-153,64A506-D-6,64A5-6-D-9A,64A5-A-154,64A-6-D-10, consisting of approximately 2.6 +/-acres.
