ADOPTION OF THE MEETING AGENDA

The Mayor will call for additional Agenda items from Council or Staff and set the Regular Meeting Agenda

prior to Council actions. Items to be pulled or added should be submitted to the Town Clerk in advance of the meeting.

All Consent Agenda items are considered routine, to be enacted by one motion with the adoption of the Consent Agenda,
and without discussion. If a Council Member requests discussion of an item, the item may be removed from the

Motion to adopt the resolution making certain findings and determinations regarding the proposed issuance of up to $16,000,000 in Limited Obligation Bonds to finance various capital improvements for the Town of Apex; calling a public hearing to be scheduled for September 22, 2026; and requesting approval of the financing arrangement by the North Carolina Local Government Commission.

D)Motion to appoint an individual to serve in the Non-Voting Youth Representative Position on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board (PRAB) for a one-year term effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. This individual replaces Adhvick Rao who is not seeking reappointment.

PUBLIC ART MOMENT QUARTERLY

The quarterly public art moment spotlights local creativity, reflects community voices, and supports informed decisions that strengthen a vibrant and growing cultural landscape. The purpose of this item is to bring awareness and appreciation of local artist.

PUBLIC FORUM

Public Forum allows the public an opportunity to address the Mayor and Town Council. The speaker is requested not to address items

that appear as Public Hearings. The Mayor will recognize those who would like to speak at the appropriate time.

Large groups are asked to select a representative to speak for the entire group.

Comments must be limited to 3 minutes to allow others the opportunity to speak.

Members of the public are encouraged to view the Public Forum and Public Hearing Participation Guidelines.
