ANNOUNCEMENTS AND PETITIONS BY THE GOVERNING BODY
Members of the governing body may use this time to share updates on a variety of different topics
or submit petitions for future consideration with the entire board and the community.
ADOPTION OF THE MEETING AGENDA
The Mayor will call for additional Agenda items from Council or Staff and set the Regular Meeting Agenda
prior to Council actions. Items to be pulled or added should be submitted to the Town Clerk in advance of the meeting.
CONSENT AGENDA
All Consent Agenda items are considered routine, to be enacted by one motion with the adoption of the Consent Agenda,
and without discussion. If a Council Member requests discussion of an item, the item may be removed from the
Consent Agenda and considered separately. The Mayor will present the Consent Agenda
to be set prior to taking action on the following items:
Motion to approve a multi-year Master Services Agreement (MSA) between Lambert’s Cable Splicing Company, LLC and Town of Apex, to provide electric utility installation services related to underground cables from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029, and to authorize the Town Manager, or their designee, to execute on behalf of the Town.
Motion to ratify an oral Agreement between Carolina Recoding Systems, LLC and Town of Apex, for software used to securely capture and manage critical communications, including 911 calls, radio traffic, and interview recordings, effective for 12 months commencing on January 5, 2026 through January 4, 2027, and to authorize the Town Manager, or their designee to execute on behalf of the Town.
Motion to approve Budget Ordinance Amendment No. 11 appropriating funds for utility debt write off (prior to 2020) and for the consolidation of the Law Enforcement Officer Special Separation Allowance Fund into the General Fund.

Motion to appoint an individual to serve on the Multimodal Transportation Advisory Board (MTAB), effective July 1, 2026, to fill one (1) partial-term expiring July 31. 2027. This position was previously occupied by Wendy Perry.
Motion to reappoint Samiksha Kadari as a Voting Youth Representative on the Multimodal Transportation Advisory Board (MTAB) for a one-year term effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
PUBLIC ART MOMENT QUARTERLY
The quarterly public art moment spotlights local creativity, reflects community voices, and supports informed decisions that strengthen a vibrant and growing cultural landscape. The purpose of this item is to bring awareness and appreciation of local artist.
PROCLAMATIONS / SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS
Proclamation recognizing the month of July 2026 as Parks and Recreation Appreciation Month in the Town of Apex and encouraging residents to take advantage of all the Parks and Recreation resources put together and maintained by our excellent Town staff.
Receive a presentation from staff on the Asset Inventory and Assessment (AIA) Grant Project – Evaluation of the Current State of the Town of Apex Sanitary Sewer Collection system and consider a possible motion to accept the Final Engineering Report and complete the funding process for this project.
PUBLIC FORUM
Public Forum allows the public an opportunity to address the Mayor and Town Council. The speaker is requested not to address items
that appear as Public Hearings. The Mayor will recognize those who would like to speak at the appropriate time.
Large groups are asked to select a representative to speak for the entire group.
Comments must be limited to 3 minutes to allow others the opportunity to speak.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
Public hearing and possible motion concerning Rezoning Application Case No. 25CZ23 Horton Park PUD Amendment. The applicant, Pablo Reiter, PRMS Investments LLC, seeks to rezone approximately 16.96 acres from Planned Unit Development-Conditional Zoning (PUD-CZ #18CZ04) to Planned Unit Development-Conditional Zoning (PUD-CZ). The proposed rezoning is located at 0 Jessie Drive and 8252 Smith Road.
