Motion to approve a multi-year Master Services Agreement (MSA) between Lambert’s Cable Splicing Company, LLC and Town of Apex, to provide electric utility installation services related to underground cables from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029, and to authorize the Town Manager, or their designee, to execute on behalf of the Town.

Motion to approve an Addendum to Renew a Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) between Rarestep, Inc. dba Fleetio and Town of Apex, for the Town’s Fleet Management Information System (FMIS), an Assets Tracking Services, including an increase in fleet asset capacity from 700 to 800 assets and asset tracking capacity for up to 500 Police Department assets, effective for a two-year term beginning July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028, at an annual cost of $62,850, and to authorize the Town Manager, or their designee, to execute on behalf of the Town.

Motion to ratify an oral Multi-Year Agreement between FARO Technologies, Inc and the Town of Apex, for technology to create precise, measurable digital reconstructions of car crashes that support investigations, not to exceed $2,932, effective through April 30, 2027, and authorize the Town Manager, or their designee, to execute on behalf of the Town.

CN5Trevor Materasso, Deputy Chief of Police

Motion to ratify an oral Agreement between Carolina Recoding Systems, LLC and Town of Apex, for software used to securely capture and manage critical communications, including 911 calls, radio traffic, and interview recordings, effective for 12 months commencing on January 5, 2026 through January 4, 2027, and to authorize the Town Manager, or their designee to execute on behalf of the Town.

Motion to adopt a Resolution Directing the Town Clerk to Investigate Petition Received, to accept the Certificate of Sufficiency by the Town Clerk, and to adopt a Resolution Setting the Date of a Public Hearing for Tuesday, August 11, 2026, on the Question of Annexation - Apex Town Council's intent to annex 0.570 +/- acres, located at 2913 Evans Road (PIN No. 0721-82-0001), Annexation No. 828, into the Town Corporate limits.
