Motion to approve a subscription agreement between Fit3D, Inc. and the Town of Apex, effective until June 30, 2027, for the SNAP Digital Body Scan software for the Apex Police Department's Wellness Program in the amount not to exceed $1,200, and authorize the Town Manager, or their designee, to execute on behalf of the Town.

A)Motion to approve an Interlocal Agreement AD Valorem Tax Billing and Collection Agreement between the Town of Apex and Chatham County for the collection of property taxes for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.

Motion to approve the First Amendment to the Master Services and Purchasing Agreement between Axon Enterprise, Inc and Town of Apex, effective through June 30, 2030, to expand the Apex Police Department's technology platform by adding Axon Air DroneSense software and an Axon Interview Room System, and authorize the Town Manager, or their designee, to execute on behalf of the Town.

Motion to approve a Master Services Agreement (MSA) between Charles R. Underwood, Inc. and Town of Apex, effective through June 30, 2029, for on-call emergency pump station component upgrades, installations, repairs, and related services for the Town’s Water Resources Department, and to authorize the Town Manager, or their designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the Town.

Motion to approve a Master Services Agreement (MSA) between CITI, Inc. and Town of Apex, effective through June 30, 2029, for on-call emergency programmable logic controller (PLC) services, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), instrumentation, and network configuration services for the Water Resources Department, and authorize the Town Manager, or their designee, to execute on behalf of the Town.

Motion to approve a Master Services Agreement (MSA) between J & D Tree Pros, Inc. and Town of Apex, for on-call emergency tree trimming, tree removal, and stump grinding services for multiple Town departments through June 30, 2029, and authorize the Town Manager, or their designee, to execute on behalf of the Town.
