Recognizing that not everyone practices the same traditions, we welcome you to have a private moment of silence.

or submit petitions for future consideration with the entire board and the community.
ADOPTION OF THE MEETING AGENDA
The Mayor will call for additional Agenda items from Council or Staff and set the Regular Meeting Agenda
prior to Council actions. Items to be pulled or added should be submitted to the Town Clerk in advance of the meeting.
CONSENT AGENDA
All Consent Agenda items are considered routine, to be enacted by one motion with the adoption of the Consent Agenda,
and without discussion. If a Council Member requests discussion of an item, the item may be removed from the
Consent Agenda and considered separately. The Mayor will present the Consent Agenda
to be set prior to taking action on the following items:
Motion to receive and accept the Resident Advisory Board attendance reports for Quarter One (1) for calendar year 2026, covering January 1, 2026 through March 31, 2026.
Motion to extend the Ad-Hoc Finance Committee Established on February 24, 2026, until June 30, 2026, with the following membership:

PUBLIC FORUM
Public Forum allows the public an opportunity to address the Mayor and Town Council. The speaker is requested not to address items
that appear as Public Hearings. The Mayor will recognize those who would like to speak at the appropriate time.
Large groups are asked to select a representative to speak for the entire group.
Comments must be limited to 3 minutes to allow others the opportunity to speak.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
Conduct a public hearing on the proposed changes to the Yard Waste Program with the Town of Apex.
NOTE: No staff presentation is anticipated. The staff presentation provided on April 14, 2026 is also included in the list of attachments.
Conduct a Public Hearing and possible motion on the Question of Annexation - Apex Town Council's intent to annex 3.35 acres, located at 8905 Castleberry Road (PIN 0713-71-9698 and PIN 0713-71-9580), Annexation No. 807, into the Town Corporate limits.
Public hearing and possible motion concerning Rezoning Application #26CZ01 8905 Castleberry Road-Tracts 10 & 11 and Ordinance. The applicant, Silver Developers, LLC, seeks to rezone approximately 3 acres from Wake County Residential-80W (R-80W) to Rural Residential-Conditional Zoning (RR-CZ). The proposed rezoning is located at 8905 Castleberry Road & 0 Castleberry Road.
Conduct a Public Hearing and possible motion on the Question of Annexation - Apex Town Council's intent to annex 4.5509 acres, located at 3100 Olive Chapel Road (PIN 0712-90-5851), Annexation No. 822, into the Town Corporate limits.
REGULAR MEETING AGENDA
Motion to approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between North Carolina Children’s Health, Inc. and the Town of Apex and authorize the Town Manager, or their designee, to execute the MOU on behalf of the Town.
