REGULAR AGENDA: These items include significant financial and administration actions of special interest, hearings and work sessions. The numerical order of the items on this Agenda is for convenience of reference. Items may be taken out of order upon request of the Mayor or Council Members. All questions shall be directed to the Mayor who, at his/her discretion, will refer to City Staff.

11.ACTION ITEMS

  1. A.Public Hearing: to waive the second reading by substitution of title, hold a public hearing, and consider adopting Ordinance 557 to rezone Assessor’s Parcel Number: 057-022-055, a 0.4± acre parcel, from a Right-of-Way (ROW) zoning district to a Single-Family Residential, one-acre minimum (R-1) zoning district.

  2. B.Public Hearing to Adopt Resolution 26-78 (or alternative): Declaring a portion of the alleyway between Mark Twain Elementary School and 784/786 Stanislaus Avenue totaling 2,365± square feet as Exempt Surplus Land pursuant to the State Surplus Land Act - Government Code Sections 54221(f)(1)(E) - Land that is a former street, right-of-way or easement, and is conveyed to an owner of an adjacent property.   The land does not meet any of the criteria listed in Government Code Section 54221(f)(2).

  3. C.Resolution 26-85: Adopt Resolution 26-85 Approving the Proposed SR49 Emergency Sewer Rehabilitation Project - Aaron Brusatori, City Engineer

  4. D.Resolution 26-87: Accepting The Angels Camp Police Department's 2025 Homeland Security Grant Program Project Through Calaveras County Office of Emergency Services And Authorizing The City Administrator To Execute A Related Memorandum Of Understanding - Michael Hodson, City Administrator
