DISCUSSION ITEMS:
Evaluate the Town’s current Planned Unit Development (PUD) process as outlined in the Land Use and Development Code (LUDC), identify operational deficiencies, and recommend updates to better align the process with industry standards, improve administrative efficiency, and reduce unnecessary burdens on applicants while maintaining appropriate development oversight.
Evaluate the necessity of requiring the PUD process as part of annexation into the Town and whether a more appropriate and efficient alternative review mechanism should be implemented.
