    Suggested Motion: Motion to adopt on 3rd and Final Reading Ordinance No. 2026-011 Boardwalk II Lot 18 Annexation.

  2. b.Ordinance No. 2026-013 - Alpine Apex Annexation / Alpine Village No. 1 Plat 3 Lot 96 - 1st Reading:

    Suggested Motion: Motion to find that the statutory conditions for annexation exist, that the required annexation procedures have been met, and to approve the 1st Reading of Ordinance No. 2026-013 Alpine Apex Annexation/Alpine Village No. 1 Plat 3 Lot 96.

  3. c.Town of Alpine AMI Project - Contractor's Application for Payment No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, and No. 4:

    Suggested Motion: Motion to approve the AMI Radio Read Project pay applications in the total amount of $667,067.91, apply a credit of $286,111.01 for direct parts invoices previously paid by the Town, and authorize payment of the remaining balance due to Core and Main, LP in the amount of $380,956.90, with project engineering and Town staff labor costs accounted for separately.

  4. d.JVA, Incorporated - On Call Pretreatment and WWTF Engineering Services Agreement Updated:

    Suggested Motion: Motion to approve the updated JVA, Inc. on-call engineering services agreement for pretreatment and wastewater treatment plant support, in an amount not to exceed $42,000.00 for 2026, and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the Town, with invoices to be billed to the appropriate Town account based on the services provided.

  5. e.Attorney-Client Engagement Agreement with Jackson Hole Law, P.C. for Legal Representation Regarding the Annexation Matter for Alpine Property Holdings Group, LLC and Premier Realty Investments, LLC:

    Suggested Motion: Motion to approve the Attorney-Client Engagement Agreement between the Town of Alpine and Jackson Hole Law, P.C. for legal representation regarding the annexation matter involving Alpine Property Holdings Group, LLC and Premier Realty Investments, LLC, and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the Town.

  6. f.Consideration of Approval of the Commercial Lease Agreement with The Playroom Learning Center:

    Suggested Motion: Motion to approve the Commercial Lease Agreement with The Playroom Learning Center as proposed, and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement

    Suggested Motion: Motion to approve 1st Reading of Ordinance No. 2026-014 - Land Use & Development Code Amendments.

    Suggested Motion: Motion to approve 1st Reading of Ordinance No. 2026-012 - ICC Code Exemptions and Local Amendments.

  9. i.Consideration of Selection of a Consultant for the Comprehensive Land Use and Development Code Rewrite:

    Suggested Motion: Motion to authorize the Mayor to negotiate and execute a professional services agreement with ____________ to prepare the Town of Alpine's comprehensive Land Use and Development Code rewrite, subject to final review by the Town Attorney.

9.PUBLIC COMMENT

Public comment is limited to a total of 20 minutes, with each speaker allowed up to 3 minutes. This is an opportunity to address the Council on any topic. The Council may listen but will not take action on items raised during this time. Speakers are expected to maintain decorum and be respectful. Written comments may be submitted by 12:00 PM (Noon) on the day of the meeting.
